I always think I'll take the time to go back and regulate them all and put them in a sense-making order, but alas, there is never any time... I don't like to tag things because there are so many choices (not to mention the consistency as hobgoblin thing...). Standardization of form is the key. Although, on the other hand, you never can tell when someone is going to be looking for a subject by trying completely random off the wall subject searches...the serendipity factor is important.
